I've been making more 

pincushions this week

here is one I've just finished

This one is vintage inspired

I've used a vintage cut glass sugar bowl

shabby rose fabric

some vintage laces and trims

seam binding ribbon

Great for storing your favourite brooches

vintage hat pin collection

or pretty addition to your craft studio

It will be available for sale

in my Etsy store from tomorrow

PINCUSHIONS for EBAY

Hi everyone hope you're all

having a good week

Have just finished 3 more pincushions

Have been a little addicted to them

lately, I tried a new patchwork one

in pinks and greens

it was fun to make

and I was pleased with the result

But I think my favorites

are the vintage style ones

in the dishes

I like the old vintage look of the

glassware combined with the vintage

laces, charms, beads and motifs

which makes them more

suited to a variety of uses

as either a pincushion, or

hatpin or brooch holder

Fabric Collage Tote, Teacup Pincushion

I've just finished a small collection of items

The first is this fabric collage tote

I've used an image from 

the Graphics Fairy

and built up textures with fabrics and vintage doiley

then hand stitched with pearls

seed beads, mother of pearl buttons, charms, 

seam binding ribbon
